Shanghai Hongyuan Car Rental Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") provides professional car rental and chauffeur services, including but not limited to: airport transfers, city tours, day trips, and business charters.

2. Booking and Cancellation

2.1 Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation email. Please verify all trip details and contact us immediately if there are any errors.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

48+ hours before pickup: Full refund
24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours: No refund

3. Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, WeChat Pay, and Alipay.

Additional charges may apply for overtime or extra mileage
All prices are quoted in CNY
